Leaving Bozeman

Gday all and welcome to my blog.

I plan to make posts on a weekly basis as I make my way around the world from the U.S, through Europe and over Asia back home to Australia. I thought this would be an easier way to keep all of you up-to-date on my travels as opposed to sending out separate emails to everyone.

Leaving Bozeman...
So after 4 months of living and studying in beautiful small-town Bozeman, I have completed my undergraduate degree and am embarking on my 6 month journey back home travelling East over Europe and Asia. During this trip I plan to head to both coasts of the U.S, over to Scotland, down to Marseille (where I plan to sail with Simo through SW France, Eastern Spain, Corsica and then disembark in Italy), to Greece (for a bit of travelling with Gaz and the wedding of Rob and Jacqui in Santorini), through Turkey and Iran, down to U.A.E and Oman, then to India (to stay with Alana and travel around the NW region) and finally home in early November in preparation for Craig's wedding (and in search of a job!).

The drive out of Bozeman

So far after leaving Bozeman, I have driven with some friends through beautiful Western Montana and Idaho, to Washington where we spent a few days checking out Seattle and even doing a bit of surfing nearby. Following this I have flown South, out of the cold and rain, to San Diego, where I am currently staying with Christina, an old friend of mine from Macquarie. Sitting outside in a t-shirt and shorts enjoying a Corona and a few tacos is a welcomed change! Here, I am planning to do a bit of sightseeing, check out the border, see the coast, do a bit of surfing, maybe even visit out a few wineries... who knows. I'll keep you all posted...
